Husaberg mounted Brown and Jackson take out 2 hour.

Report T Sutherland.

With six different leaders during the course on the inaugral Husaberg Motosports 2 hour supermoto the pairing of Paul Brown and Carl Jackson somehow managed to be in the lead when it mattered.

Brendon Coad (paired with suspension guru Craig Brown), John Oliver (riding alone!), Nick Payne (riding with Ashley Payne), Stephen Briggs (with motocrosser Blake Gillard) and Craig Flood (along with co rider Bevan Adlam) plus eventual winners Brown and Jackson all lead the race at some stage. To the amazement of fellow competitors and despite a fall the Husaberg pairing managed to take out the event.

The event saw 18 different teams front up for what could prove to be an all important shake down in the lead up to the nationals.
