Mr Motorcycles team assault.

 

 

With the largely motocross background of the crew at Mr Motorcycles it was somewhat of a surprise to hear of the crew being gearing all up for this weekend's opening round of the Supermoto championships.

But one only need look back to last years BikeMart 2004 Supermoto to see that 'Parts man' Kyle Smith was a stand out performer and the year before to see director Scott Wilkins name appear in the results. Wilkins finished top 250 two stroke and managed third over all in the Mr Motorcycles sponsered "Sportman" class.

Smith is set to return with Wilkens business partner Craig Brown and workshop boys James Sutherland and Nick Fowlie.

If the Mr Motorcycles 'teams' former performances are anything to go on there should be plenty of hot action this weeekend at Taupo.

The first round of the Husaberg Motosports Supermoto Championship is at Taupo on the 28th of Febuary 2005.
