'Mottorrad' rates the top fun bikes.

 

German magazine "motorrad" recently (13.4.07 issue) did a fun bike comparision test. KTM's new 690 supermoto topped the test with Aprilia's Pegaso 650 Factory scoring second. Other bikes in the test, in order of how they placed are, BMW's G650 X moto, Yamaha's XT660X, and Husqvarna's SM 610 IE.

 

The magazine scored the bikes in various areas including motor, handling, and comfort. The big KTM used it's cubes to great effect in the dyno shootout section, producing considerably more power than any of it's competitors.
