New Zealand Supermoto Championship 2007 / 2008.

-(press release)

New Plymouth's Mitch Rowe has put together a schedule for a proposed NZ Supermoto national championship this summer.

There are a number of things to be put in place and it certainly is a 'work in progress' project at this stage but the former motocrosser is working with the various clubs and MNZ to get the series together.

The key thing that Rowe wanted know amougst the Supermoto community was the first two rounds are great meetings in their own right and for riders to get those on their calanders.. Greymouth's round is not that far away and the Cemetery circuit meeting had obvious merit with the effort that was put in last year.

SMNZ will keep you posted as information comes to hand.
