Honda takes national street Supermotard Title.

Craig Floods Championship winning XR650 & Pete Hewers machine #22

It may have not have rained in the 13 years of running races at the Paeroa 'Battle of the Streets' meeting but that didn't stop a Flood sweeping the field in the Supermotard races.

New Plymouth's Craig Flood kept the perfect score card by winning the two races on Sunday but had to work a bit harder this time. Again it was KTM mounted Stephen Briggs who provided the pressure.

Briggs lead all bar the all important last lap of the 1st race and 'Floodie' managed to get by two laps from the flag in the second race.

Auckland's Paul Gee managed third overall for the day on a borrowed Honda, rumoured to be bought in from France.
